Landlords can cash in quickly when it’s that time

Owners of rental houses, landlords, can get in over their heads with repairs, cranky tenants, and houses sitting vacant in a bad renter’s market. It is inevitable that most landlords reach a point when they want to say, “Take this job and shove it.”

The better part of decorum, however, is to be diplomatic and sell the properties to other investors who are ready to take their turns at owning and managing properties for other people to enjoy.
